I am a 1987 graduate of NCSSS. Medical Social Work has been my primary interest. I worked at the Washington Hospital Center for 15 years, primarily with Burn Survivors, but also with Renal Transplant and Dialysis, Trauma, Medical and Surgical Units, as well as in a supervisory position. During that time I also served on the hospital's Bioethics Committee and coordinated the student intern program which helped educate 18-25 Social Work students each year. Currently I work for Holy Cross Homecare and Hospice, doing primarily end-of-life care, and am an adjunct professor at NCSSS.
