Born and raised in Columbus Ohio, Teri Fuller moved to Washington DC after earning her undergraduate degree from Denison University in 1999. After working one year at a special education school in Maryland she realized that she needed a MSW in order to do the job she really wanted, a Social Worker in a special education school. She began attending National Catholic School of Social Service in 2000 and graduated with Honors in 2002. While at NCSSS Teri did her field placements with Sasha Bruce Youthwork INC and The Episcopal Center for Children. After graduating Teri began working at the High Road Middle School in Washington DC where she performs individual and group therapy for inner city youth. Teri also volunteers at the Wendt Center for Loss and Healing, a non profit organization that provides mental health services, training, and education to ease the impact of illness, loss, and bereavement.
