Agency Information

Holistic Foster care program is recruiting for F/T licensed LASW level Case Manager (CM) to provide services for SED foster children, ages 2-15.

Responsibilities and Skills

At least 2 years experience is preferred. The Case Manager is responsible for monitoring, ensuring periodic compliance reviews, serve as liaison with state and local agencies, child advocacy and family support services. The CM must possess excellent problem solving and documentation skills.
