Collingswood is a 160-bed skilled nursing facility, with long and short-term residents, an acute rehabilitation program and an in-patient dialysis unit.

Responsibilities and Skills

Collingswood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, an outstanding skilled nursing facility is seeking a Maryland licensed Social Worker to work with individuals, families, and groups. The position requires someone with excellent oral/written communication who can complete assessments, develop careplans, and work as part of an interdisciplinary team. With competitive salary and benefits, the qualified candidate must have an MSW; supervision is available. LTC experience preferred, but not mandatory.
