Foster Family Supervisor

Qualifications: Master’s of Social Work (MSW) Must be a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) At least one year of experience in the Boys Town Family Home Programs or Teaching-Family Model is preferred Supervisory experience preferred A valid driver’s license in the state in which you reside.

Salary Range: $53,000 - $63,000

Responsibilities and Skills

Boys Town Washington, DC has a challenging opportunity for a Foster Family Supervisor. When you come to work for Boys Town, more than just a job awaits you. You will be part of a team that gives healing and hope to troubled youth. In this position, you will provide 24/7 administrative and programmatic supervision, support and guidance for the foster parents. You will meet with foster parents on a weekly basis to review the child’s progress of treatment, goals and objectives. You will create the treatment plan for the child and monitor home visits between the youth and their families. You will assist with training of foster parents and make assessments of youth and families.
