Student Field Evaluations:
When talking about the field evaluation process, we talk about the feedback loop, where the Learning Plan is developed based on the Field Evaluation documents, i.e. the Early Assessment and the Final Evaluation. Therefore, the Learning Plan is included below.
The documents below are available in Microsoft Word and/or Adobe Acrobat PDF format. You may work on Word forms on your computer, deleting underlines, tabs, etc. To save a document, click on File, then "save as." Either save the file to your hard drive or to a floppy disk.
